Syarat & Ketentuan

International Webinar Series 2026 by Mantra Expo

Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Provisions

  • – The Mantra Expo International Webinar 2026 is conducted online via the Zoom platform.
  • – Each ticket purchase is valid for one (1) participant only.
  • – Each booking code is valid for one (1) participant and may not be used by more than one person.
  • – The access system applied is 1 account = 1 email = 1 Zoom link.

2. Registration and Webinar Access

  • – The Zoom link will be sent to the email address registered at the time of ticket purchase.
  • – The Zoom link will be available in the “Masuk Sekarang” section and can only be accessed on the event day. It will only be available to open 1 hour before the event starts.
  • – Participants are required to join the Zoom session using the following naming format: OrderNumber_FullName (example: 5GYBB8GX_Andrea Pirlo).
  • – Participants must ensure that the email address used is active and accessible.
  • – Participants are required to use the same email address that was registered during ticket purchase to access the webinar.
  • – Participants are expected to log in to the Zoom room no later than fifteen (15) minutes before the event begins to ensure a smooth verification and technical process.
  • Any delay resulting in a participant being unable to attend the event in full is not the responsibility of the organizer.

3. Ticket Policy

  • – All purchased tickets are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded (non-refundable), or exchanged (non-exchangeable).
  • – Tickets may not be transferred to another party without the written consent of the organizer.
  • – Sharing the Zoom link with others is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is detected, including use on more than one device simultaneously, the organizer reserves the right to deactivate access without any obligation to issue a refund.

4. Technical Requirements

  • – Participants are responsible for the readiness of their devices and the stability of their internet connection.
  • – Participants must ensure that the Zoom application is installed and updated to the latest version prior to the event.
  • – Any technical issues originating from the participant’s side are not the responsibility of the organizer.

5. Changes and Force Majeure

  • – The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, program agenda, or speakers if necessary.
  • – In the event of force majeure beyond the organizer’s control, the event may be rescheduled in accordance with policies that will be announced at a later time.
